Standard merchandise: returns accepted within 30 days in original condition; customer pays return shipping.

Personalized/custom merchandise: non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or Out of my Shop made an error.

Damaged/incorrect items: contact Out of my Shop within 30 days, and we’ll figure out a resolution.
